Shaolin Kung Fu masters summer in Hong Kong
 
HONG KONG – The Ngong Ping 360 cable car and theme park will feature legendary Shaolin masters during the Ngong Ping Shaolin Kung Fu Showcase from July 1 to end August. Shaolin-inspired action movies have made the martial art form a global rage, and visiting groups to the venue will be able to participate in workshops which will be held every day during the showcase period.

Malaysia celebrates jump in ICCA standings
 
KUALA LUMPUR – Malaysia jumped to 28th position in the latest ICCA, International Congress and Convention Association country rankings. The number of meetings hosted grew 24 per cent, from 96 meetings (2009) to 119 meetings (2010). Malaysia retained its position as one of the top 10 meeting destination in Asia-Pacific.

Accor adds in Indonesia and Yunnan
 
JAKARTA – This year’s World of Accor kicked off its 11 city series in Hong Kong mid-April, and will end its tour in India staged at New Delhi on November 17 at the Pullman Gurgaon Central, and at the Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach two days earlier. World of Accor will also be held in July 28 at the Pullman Auckland, and on August 4 at the Sofitel Sydney.
